In Proverbs 25:25 Solomon compares someone receiving good news from a far country to a thirsty and parched soul being refreshed by a drink of cold water.

In the heart of every person there is a longing for something that only a supernatural God from a supernatural realm can fulfill. God sent His Son Jesus Christ as the “good news from a far country” to quench the spiritual thirst of every person that will receive Him and believe on Him. This is the TRUE good news!
